Miryam has starred in NZ independent feature film Follow The Random, an array of short films including award-winning Trailblazer, online webseries such as Auckward Love, and stage shows include The First Time directed by Stephanie Fink and the premiere season of Balls by Navi Collaborative.
Miryam trained at the prestigious Toi Whakaari; NZ Drama School, graduating in 2015 with her Bachelor in Performing Arts for Stage & Screen. She has trained under the likes of Miranda Harcourt & Brita McVeigh, and has also worked as an acting coach on film festival hit NATALIE, directed by award-winning writer and director Michael Bennett.
“It should have been a disaster. But it was a most remarkable success, a compelling and moving short film – especially because of the strength of the two leads. I can confidently say that the strength and truthfulness of these performances are overwhelmingly due to Miryam’s remarkable work as an acting coach.”
Michael Bennett, award-winning writer & director (Matariki, Cow, Kerosene Creek, Outrageous Fortune)
She is represented by Gail Cowan Management, and her full resume can be found here.
